Founded in 2019 by a group of festy friends with a shared dream, Karnival of the Arts was born from a belief: that Art, in ALL its forms, should be celebrated, shared, and en.  KOTA East is more than a festival, it’s a living, breathing expression of that belief.

Held in the scenic hills of Kempton, Pennsylvania, this 4-day gathering brings together emerging artists, musicians, dancers, flow performers, and creatives of all kinds for a weekend of radical self-expression and real connection.

At the heart of it all is our signature triple stage setup,  where live music, visual art, and performance flow together in one seamless, ever-changing show. From immersive installations and comedy to carnival games, workshops, theme nights, fireworks, and a fully stocked Kids Zone, there’s space here for every kind of kreator and every kind of dreamer.
