Bringing the Karnival out West was not  just about throwing a second event, it's about expanding a movement. KOTA East and West share the same spirit: artist-first, community-powered, and wildly authentic, but each one is uniquely shaped by the people who show up, the patrons, the performers, the crews, all bringing their own magic to the canvas that is Karnival of the Arts.

We’re building a living, breathing pipeline of music, art, and flow that travels across the country, linking up creators, sponsoring events,  introducing kindred spirits, and keeping the energy moving all year long.

KOTA has found our West Koast home at the beautiful DeAnza Springs Resort in Jacumba, CA , a true oasis in every sense of the word. With pools, hot tubs, restaurants, and open desert skies, it’s not just a place to create and celebrate, it’s also a place to recharge.  Come create, celebrate, and appreciate the Arts like you have never seen them before!
